On another note...graduation for my daughter will be coming up Tuesday...and the big question...what do i wear???? I feel that since i have not been running like i was last year...my body shape is slowing changing...ugh! I feel that i need to do something different...so i am think Pilates....with the machines...what are your thoughts on that???If some of you do pilates do you like it? How often do you do it?
