SO as of today i have decided to swear off ALL processed foods! Yes you heard me correctly..All. I actually pride myself on eating relatively clean majority of the time...but i want to take my eating and working out to the next level...
I believe that i have to cut out sugar and processed food... I don't eat sugar except the occasional vegan treat. So now i will limit that treat to once a month as a tiny reward if i feel i need one :-)
